Shipments, Delivery and Returns
Prices and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. The prices do not include duty taxes, and shipping charges are shown at the check out of your order.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and any other payment method supported by PayPal.
Shipping charges, taxes and international orders
You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the Website. The applicable shipping charges are specified on the total amount due. For the countries where taxes and customs charges cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery.
For international orders (those that will be sent outside the territory of the Colombia), PADOVA is not responsible for any applicable taxes and custom duties and taxes. As the recipient, the customer will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applicable by the country where the merchandise is been shipped to. Payment of these charges are necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Shipments and Delivery
Order of in-stock products will be shipped within a maximum of seven (7) business days, and the time from then to receiving your order will vary according to your delivery place and according to the DHL times (for order outside from colombia) and to the Coordinadora times (for order within Colombia). Order of Pre-order products, will be shipped within 30 business days, and the time from then to receiving your order will vary according to your delivery place and according to the DHL times (for order outside from colombia) and to the Coordinadora times (for order within Colombia). Orders with in-stock products and pre-order products will be shipped as following:
- Within Colombia: your in-stock products will be shipped within a maximum of seven (7) business days, your pre-order products will be shipped within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
- Outside Colombia: all your order will be shipped when your pre-order products are ready to delivered, which will be whitin a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. PADOVA will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.
Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize PADOVA to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify PADOVA from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimated and are to be used only as a guide. Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that PADOVA does not ship to PO Boxes.
The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products. To return merchandise, please contact us to proceed with a return guide from our courier.
Remember that items such as sunglasses, fragrance, hats, scarfs, swimwear, promotional, sale and discounted items, and customized items cannot be returned.
Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used and on the credit card issuer.
The costs of shipping and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
The products identified as “Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
PADOVA may offer products that are not available for sale yet (“pre-order”). You can place an order for these items in the same way you would do for other available products. Payments for purchases of pre-order products should be made through PayPal, following the same steps as for a stock product.
Please be aware that pre orders may take an estimated average of 30 days from the date the order is placed to the date the product is available for delivery. All delivery dates are approximated and may be subject to change. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon shipment of the produc
