Return and Refund Policy

At Padova, we are committed to our clients; that is why we offer products of the highest quality, designed to evoke warmth, femininity, and luxury in every detail. However, it is important to note that purchases made outside of Colombia are subject to specific conditions regarding returns and refunds.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies exclusively to purchases made within Colombian territory. Therefore, returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued for international purchases, nor are products shipped from abroad accepted, due to operational challenges and the costs associated with nationalization processes established in Colombia.

Likewise, the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable Colombian law, applies only to purchases made in Colombia and is not valid for international sales. Accordingly, Padova does not issue refunds for international purchases, except in cases where our Warranty Policy applies, related to duly verified manufacturing defects.
