Return and Refund Policy

At Padova we are committed to our customers, which is why we offer products of the highest quality, evoking warmth, femininity and luxury.

Our Exchange Policy applies to all Padova brand products purchased through our digital channels, website and own stores.

Product exchanges from abroad will not be accepted, as a result of the difficulties in the nationalization processes and costs established in Colombia.

The times and processes for changes and returns as stated in this policy do not apply to sales in Spain. For information on this matter, we invite you to consult the official Padova website in Spain www.padovalab.es

To exchange garments for color or size, you can do so within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of purchase, presenting the purchase receipt and the garment at one of our stores, or by sending the product to Calle 19 # 1-30, Cali, 760010, Valle del Cauca, in the name of Padova SAS, through our ally, Coordinadora (by clicking on this link, you can request the collection of your product). To communicate the reason for the return, we invite you to fill out the form, write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co or to our WhatsApp, explaining the change and attaching the digital purchase receipt; the cost of shipping to Padova will be borne by the customer.

Items must be delivered or sent in perfect condition, without alterations and with the original label. In stores, the sales assistants will check the condition of the product before authorizing the exchange; for returns by mail, our warehouse advisors will have three (3) business days from the date of receipt to check the condition of the product and authorize the exchange.

Size or color changes are subject to inventory availability.

In case of exchange for another product or item, the value of the returned product will be taken into account for the exchange. For products purchased in our international stores that want to be exchanged in stores in Colombia, the value of the item in Colombian pesos will be taken into account.

Likewise, for this type of exchange, if the value of the new product is less than the exchange, the balance will be provided in a physical or digital voucher that can be used in our stores or digital channels. If the value of the new product is greater than the exchange, the customer must pay the excess in the store or through any of these means: payment link on the Pay-U and Mercado Pago platforms (for Colombia) or PayPal (outside Colombia); payment must be made before the new item is sent, in the case of exchanges by mail.

Physical or digital vouchers will be valid for three (3) months, counting from the date of issue.

No exchanges will be made on garments that are custom made, altered, repaired or remanufactured in any way and on sale or promotion. Nor will exchanges be made on products such as underwear, swimwear, bathing accessories and cosmetics that are part of Padova's inventory at the time of purchase.

We will not issue refunds, except as applicable under our Warranty Policy.
