Exchange Policy
At Padova, we are committed to our clients; that is why we offer products of the highest quality, evoking warmth, femininity, and luxury.
Our Exchange Policy applies to all Padova brand products purchased through our digital channels, website, and own stores. Returns or exchanges of products shipped from abroad will not be accepted, due to the difficulties in the processes and costs of nationalization established in Colombia.
The times and procedures for exchanges and returns, as stated in this policy, do not apply to sales in Spain. For more information, we invite you to consult Padova’s official website in Spain: www.padovalab.es
For exchanges of regular collection garments by color or size, you may request them within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, by presenting the purchase receipt and the garment at any of our stores, or by sending the product to Calle 19 # 1-30, Cali, 760010, Valle del Cauca, addressed to Padova S.A.S, through our partner Coordinadora or any shipping company of your choice. To inform us of the reason for the exchange, we invite you to fill out our form, email us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co, or contact us via WhatsApp, explaining the request and attaching the digital purchase receipt. The cost of shipping the product back to Padova must be covered by the customer.
Garments must be delivered or sent in perfect condition, without alterations, and with the original tag. Our Quality Department will inspect the product before authorizing an exchange or return (as applicable). Our warehouse advisors will have eight (8) business days from the date the product is received at our factory to review its condition and proceed with the exchange.
Exchanges for size or color are subject to inventory availability. In accordance with the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), exchanges on exchanges are not authorized.
Exchanges for size or color: The customer assumes the cost of shipping the garment to our factory. Once the product is received and the exchange approved, Padova will cover the cost of shipping the replacement garment to the customer’s address.
Exchanges for a different reference: In this case, both the shipping of the garment to our factory and the return of the new reference must be fully covered by the customer.
Likewise, exchanges must be made for a product of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference in-store or through one of these payment methods: Wompi and Mercado Pago (for Colombia) or PayPal (outside Colombia). The payment must be made before the new garment is shipped, in the case of exchanges by mail.
Physical or digital vouchers issued as credit from an exchange will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance and must be redeemed through the same channel where they were issued, either physical stores or the online store. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
No exchanges will be made for garments that are custom-made, altered, repaired, remanufactured in any way, or sold under discount or promotion. Exchanges will also not be accepted for products such as underwear, swimwear, swim accessories, and cosmetics that are part of Padova’s inventory at the time of purchase.
For purchases made during promotions such as Black Friday, Black Weekend, or Cyber Monday, exchanges or returns for size, color, or reference will not be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted when the product presents a warranty issue related to threads, buttons, seams, or fabric condition.
Refunds will not be issued, except in cases where our Warranty Policy applies.
