TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to sales of products made in the online store www.padova.com.co (hereinafter the “TERMS”). This document, together with all the documents published in our online store, constitute a joint and integrated agreement between you and PADOVA S.AS. Please read in detail these TERMS, our data protection policy and Shipping and Returns Policy of our online store www.padova.com.co (hereinafter “Online Store”).

These terms may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, since those that are in force will be applicable when placing an order in our online store.

  1. Our Data

Product sales made by our online store are made by PADOVA SAS (hereinafter “PADOVA”), a Colombian company, with its main office registered at Calle 19 # 1-30, Cali, 760010, Valle del Cauca, Colombi; Email atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

  1. Your Data

The purchase of products through our Online Store is limited to people who can enter into a contractual agreement on the internet, according to the laws of Colombia. To make a purchase in our Online Store, you will be asked to provide personal information. Additionally, it will be necessary to provide payment details that you belong to and that you guarantee are valid and correct, and that you confirm that you are the person referenced in the billing information provided.

The information or personal data provided will be treated in accordance with our Data Processing Policy. By using this Online Store, you agree to the processing of said information and data, declaring that all information provided is true and corresponds to reality.

  1. Orders

To place an order, you must follow the purchasing procedure of the online store. All orders will be subject to acceptance and validation. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you of the details of your order: this email is not an acceptance of your order, only a confirmation that we have received it.

The acceptance of your order will be confirmed when we ship the products, at which time you will receive a second email, with confirmation of the shipment and its tracking number.

Your use of the Online Store to purchase products indicates your agreement to follow, accept and be bound by these terms.

  1. Product Availability 

The products offered in our Online Store are for purchase and shipping worldwide.

All product orders will be subject to availability validation. In the given case of inventory difficulties or product unavailability, you will be notified via email about the cancellation of your order, and PADOVA will make the corresponding refund. In the event that your order contains several products and some of them are not available, you will receive a notification via email, notifying you of the case and requesting your confirmation regarding the total or partial cancellation of the order, to later PADOVA will make the total or partial refund of the same, as applicable.

  1. Prices and payment methods

If you visit our Online Store from Colombia, all prices will be displayed in COLOMBIAN PESOS (COP); If you visit our Online Store from outside Colombia, all prices will be displayed in US DOLLARS (USD). Prices may vary without prior notice. Prices do not include taxes or customs charges, and shipping costs will be shown on your order at check-out.

Payments may be made according to the payment methods supported by the PayU Latam and PayPal platforms, applying as follows:

  • PayULatam: for payment of orders within Colombia.
  • PayPal: for payments of orders outside of Colombia.
