At Padova we are committed to our customers, which is why we offer products of the highest quality, evoking warmth, femininity and luxury.

Our general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter "Terms", apply to all Padova made products bought on our website and stores. Our Terms, together with all documents published on our website or stores, constitute a joint and integrated agreement between you as a customer and PADOVA S.A.S, so we ask you to read the following information carefully: Your Data, the Shipping and Returns Policy, the Warranty Policy, and Our Terms and Conditions.

The Terms published at the time of purchasing, will be considered the Terms in force for the parties. Padova reserves the right to make changes to these and the Policies, so it is the customer's responsibility to read the documents at the time purchasing.

Sales of products made on our website and physical stores are carried out by Padova S.A.S, a Colombian company with its main office registered at Calle 19 # 1-30, Cali, 760010, Valle del Cauca, Colombia; Email atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

Your Data

Purchases on our website and physical stores are an agreement between you as a customer and Padova S.A.S as a seller; your purchase is an acceptance of this, and of the application of Colombian laws in relation to the purchase. To make purchases through our online store, we will request personal and contact information that will be treated in accordance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, that regulates the use of information for companies in Colombia. Your information will be confidential and used for the sale and shipment of products and garments, and commercial information, and promotions of Padova S.A.S, through WhatsApp and emails. By entering the information for purchase approval, you guarantee that all the information provided is valid, legal, truthful, and belonging to a civilian or person.

Purchase Order

To place an order, you must follow the purchase procedure established on our website, or request support via WhatsApp.

All orders are subject to acceptance and validation by Padova S.A.S. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you of the details of your order; this email is not an acceptance of your order, only a confirmation that we have received it. The acceptance of your order will be confirmed when we dispatch the products, at which time you will receive a second email with the confirmation of the dispatch, and the tracking number of the order.

By using our online channels to purchase products or garments, you agree to our Terms.

Product availability

 

The products offered in our online store are for purchase and shipping worldwide.

All product orders will be subject to availability validation. If the product(s) are not available, you will be notified by email about the cancellation of your order, and Padova S.A.S will make the corresponding refund, which will be effective depending on the payment method used. If your order contains several products and one(s) of them is(are) not available, you will receive a notification by email informing you of the total or partial cancellation of the order; with this, in addition, Padova S.A.S will make the total or partial refund, as applicable.

Prices and Payment Methods

If you visit our Padova Online Store from Colombia, prices will be in COLOMBIAN PESOS (COP); if you visit from another country, prices will be in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD). Prices may vary without prior notice. Prices do not include taxes or customs charges, and shipping costs will be reflected in your order at check-out.

We accept payments supported by the PayU Latam and PayPal platforms, using the first for orders within Colombia and the second option for orders outside of Colombia.
