Do you need help?
If you wish to exchange any of our products, you can do so by presenting your purchase invoice at our Padova Stores in Cali, Bogotá or Madrid, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. For returns through our digital channels, you can send the product to Calle 19 # 1-30, Cali, 760010, Valle del Cauca, in the name of Padova SAS, through our partner, Coordinadora (by clicking on this link, you can request the collection of your product). To communicate the reason for the return, we invite you to fill out the form , write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co or to our WhatsApp, explaining the change and attaching the digital purchase receipt; the cost of shipping to Padova will be borne by the customer.
You must take into account the following criteria for your product to qualify for exchange or return:
- Items on sale or discounted cannot be exchanged.
- The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
- The garment must be in good condition, clean and with its original labels.
- Changes are made for the purchase value; for purchases in Madrid with exchange in Colombia, the price will be taken in Colombian pesos.

Yes, our shipments abroad are made through our allied carrier FedEx.
Dispatch, subject to availability and schedules, is made on the same day of your order, once payment has been confirmed and processed.
