Shipping Policy

At Padova, we are committed to our clients; that is why we offer products of the highest quality, evoking warmth, femininity, and luxury.

To ensure that everyone can access Padova S.A.S garments, we ship to all municipalities in Colombia through our partner Coordinadora Mercantil, which guarantees security and coverage, and to any part of the world through FedEx.

Taxes and International Orders (Applicable only for purchases outside Colombia)

For international shipments, the payment of any tax and/or customs duty is the customer’s responsibility, and payment will be required for the release and receipt of your purchase. Padova S.A.S is not responsible for the payment of any tax or customs charge at any stage of the shipping process, nor for informing the client whether or how much they must pay in customs duties or taxes.

We recommend checking your emails, as in some countries, logistics and shipping companies notify customers if they must make any customs or tax payment for the release and delivery of their products. Please consider the customs regulations of each country.

The shipping times, delivery times, costs, and shipping, import, and customs processes, as stated in this policy, do not apply to purchases made at our Spain branch. For more information, we invite you to visit Padova’s official website in Spain at www.padova.es

The dispatch time for both national and international shipments is a maximum of five (5) business days, always subject to availability.

For purchases made during promotions such as Black Friday, Black Weekend, or Cyber Monday, the dispatch time is between 6 and 8 business days after the order is received and the payment validated.

We always give our clients the opportunity to place Pre-Orders. In these cases, the dispatch time will be a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is picked up by the logistics company. For shipments within Colombia of Pre-Order or available products, shipping times will be the same as those described above.

For orders outside Colombia that include Pre-Order products along with available products, a single shipment will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date the Pre-Order products are ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the dispatch details and tracking number.

Delivery Times

For purchases within Colombia, delivery times begin once the payment is confirmed by the Mercado Pago platform, which must approve the transaction after analyzing the data; this may take between 24–48 hours. Once the payment is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

For international purchases, dispatch times begin once the payment is confirmed by our PayPal platform, which must approve the transaction after analyzing the data; this may take between 24–48 hours.

Please double-check all shipping information when placing your order so that together we can ensure your garments reach their final destination. Padova S.A.S is not responsible for shipments to national or international addresses entered with errors or missing information. Address changes for international shipments will not be accepted once the product has left our factory.

Padova S.A.S is not responsible for delivery schedules and does not commit to making deliveries at pre-established times. If you have any questions about your order or shipping process, you may contact us through our form or write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

The product may be received and inspected by any adult residing or present at the delivery location, and their signature on the carrier’s waybill will suffice. If the waybill is not signed upon delivery, Padova S.A.S is exempt from any responsibility for loss or damage to the product, and it will be assumed that the order was delivered.

If the product shows signs of damage or broken packaging at the time of delivery, you must note this on the carrier’s waybill as an observation and contact us through our form or write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost will be determined in each specific case depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This value will be calculated during the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of order checkout, before you complete the payment.
