Shipping Policy

At Padova we are committed to our customers, which is why we offer products of the highest quality, evoking warmth, femininity and luxury.

To ensure that everyone can access Padova S.A.S’s products and clothes, we ship to all municipalities in Colombia with our partner, Coordinadora Mercantil, which guarantees security and coverage, and to any part of the world, through FedEx.

Shipping times, delivery, costs and processes for shipping, import and customs costs and requirements, as stated in this policy, do not apply to sales in Spain. For information on this matter, we invite you to consult the official website of Padova in Spain www.padovalab.es

The dispatch time for shipments, both national and international, is seven (7) business days, maximum, always subject to availability.

We always give our clients the opportunity to place orders in advance, or Pre-Order. In these cases, the delivery time will be thirty (30) calendar days maximum, from the day the collection’s product is launched and delivered to our warehouse.

For shipments to Colombia of pre-sale or Pre-Order, and in-stock products, shipping times will be the same as those described above.

For orders outside of Colombia for pre-sale or Pre-Order products at the same time as those in-stock, a single shipment will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date on which the pre-sale or Pre-Order products are ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the dispatch and the tracking number.

Delivery times

For purchases within Colombia, delivery times begin counting from the confirmation of the purchase by the PAY-U payment platform, which must approve the transaction based on the analysis of the data; this may take between 24-48 hours. Upon approval of the payment, you will receive an email confirming it.

For international purchases, shipping times start counting from the confirmation of the purchase by our PayPal payment platform, which must approve the transaction based on the analysis of the data; this can take between 24-48 hours.

We ask that you review all shipping information at the time of purchase, so that together we can ensure that your garments reach their destination. Padova S.A.S is not responsible or liable for shipments to national or international addresses that have been entered with errors, or missing information. Changes of address will not be accepted for international shipments, once the product has left our factory.
Padova S.A.S is not responsible for delivery times and does not commit to shipping at pre-established times. If you have any concerns with your order or the shipping process, you can contact us through our form, or write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

The product may be received and inspected by any adult who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the courier’s guide, will be sufficient. In the event of not signing the guide at the time of delivery, Padova S.A.S is exempt from all liability for loss or damage to the product, and delivery is assumed.

If the product shows signs of damage or breakage in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it in the courier’s guide as an observation, and contact us through our form, or write to us at atencioncliente@padova.com.co.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated during the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of checkout of the order, before you make the payment.

Taxes and international orders (Applies only to purchases outside of Colombia)

For international shipments, payment of any taxes and/or customs charges, is the responsibility of the customer; in some cases, prior payment of these will be required for the release and receipt of your purchase. Padova S.A.S is not responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs charges, at any stage of the shipping process, or for informing the customer how much or whether any customs or tax payments, must be made.

We recommend checking your emails, as in some countries, logistics and shipping companies notify customers if they must pay any customs or taxes for the release and delivery of their products.
